Imboden Photography is the ultimate “Green” studio. David’s home studio is powered by the sun and all images are printed on bamboo or recycled archival quality paper. By emailing your images or providing them on a file hosting service, no waste is generated from DVDs.

I’ve been out for a few months to take care of my new little one, but I’m back now! Last week I had the pleasure of photographing Jessica just the day before she had her new baby girl. As an added bonus, she had a belly painter come over and paint her belly in the middle of the session. It was so much fun, the painting was super cool. It’s of a little monkey because that was the baby’s nickname since they didn’t know the sex. Here are a few of Dave’s Faves! Enjoy!

My most important portrait model ever. My first daughter Elliot Belle Imboden born on Jan 19, 2012. She weighed in at 7lbs 2oz, measuring 20 1/2 inches. Here is the first set of our newborn session. Enjoy!

Finally! Our nursery is done! We had so much fun putting it together, that we may have gone a little overboard. But we wouldn’t change anything. We are officially ready for the little one to arrive. She is due Jan 14. I have specifically not scheduled any photoshoots for the next couple of months, so you might not see my blog update much, but I’m sure I’ll be posting photos of our new baby shortly after she arrives. Until then, enjoy these nursery photos.

I had the pleasure of photographing Arati, Jordan and Maya at the Citrus Ranch Park in Tustin. Arati had Maya with the same midwifery that we were attending, so not only did we have a great photo session, she was able to give us a lot of feedback about her birthing experience. I couldn’t wait to photograph Nicole and her family. Nicole is our birth instructor and I just thought they had the cutest family ever. The girls are so good and loved to be in front of the camera. I had a great time with them at Irvine Regional park. Here are a few of Dave’s Faves! Enjoy!
